  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.

4. Exchanges
